The session provides an overview of the product strategy and roadmap. There will be a brief review the new Collections Server 10 features; details and a demonstration of Webtop Suite 10.0.1; overview of plans for Collections Server 10.1 and beyond.
      Migrating to V10 - The Real Story
This panel discussion includes customer experiences in completing the migration to Collections Server 10. Steven Collins of TCDI will talk about migrating multiple client database servers from BASIS 9.1, using both new and existing hardware. Lori Hunter of ICF Associates will review the successes and challenges of upgrading their system to the new version. Her story includes the upgrade, the file transfer, and other details of converting to Webtop at the same time. Bring your own stories and questions for this informative, interactive discussion.
      Product Forum and Future Direction Round Table I
During this discussion you can investigate issues and experiences, request product enhancements, and ask questions of product management, product development and customer support. Your ideas will be considered as candidate projects on the forthcoming third biennial product planning survey. The Round Table discussion will continue on Wednesday, November 16, 2:00 pm.
