Livelink for Corporate Governance
All companies today face the difficult challenge of operating in an increasingly risky and regulated environment. The key to success is to effectively manage these risks and thier mitigating controls to ensure compliance with increasingly stringent regulations. Timely corporate disclosures, financial reporting, executive certifications, supporting audit due diligence, and complaints handling are burdened with enormous risks if documents and review processes are not carefully managed. Livelink Internal Controls is a module option for our core Livelink Enterprise Server application. It uses the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations (COSO) framework as a reference model to integrate and organize standard components into a single platform, which effectively addresses the range of activities required to govern an enterprise today. |

Energy Group Outing (by invitation only) Open Text's Energy Business Unit invites our Energy customers to a morning of fun on an Arrowhead Desert Tour.
That's right, we're going to HEAD 'EM UP, MOVE 'EM OUT!!
This 30-minute nature walk explains Apache Indian culture, plants, animals, and landscape (in their former spectacular desert river canyon lands). During this morning event, you will enjoy great four-wheelin' drive terrain, shoot a six gun, have a tomahawk throwing contest and shoot a potato gun. You will be able to smash potato spuds at rock formations or simply feed the buzzards and coyotes. Guaranteed to be loads of FUN! Bring your camera!
We'll leave from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort and Spa at 7:30am and will return at approximately 1:00pm. Lunch will be served at a local rustic cowboy steakhouse, where you'll be able to enjoy an excellent range of food on the back patio.
