Guest Program

While you enjoy all the information and insight of LiveLinkUp Paris, your guest can enjoy the delights of Paris.

Price

You may purchase a guest registration with your registration package for an additional €250. "Guest Program" includes events, meals during these events and transportation to and from these events (if applicable) for May 12-15.

What to Wear

Dress casually with comfortable walking shoes. Spring weather may be variable so bring along a rain jacket and umbrella. Don't forget your camera!

Regulations

You may purchase a guest registration with your registration package for an additional €250. For more information, please visit the Guest Program page.

A guest is a spouse/significant other, friend or an adult child (18 years or older) who is not in an industry-related occupation. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the Guest Registration category.

Registered guests may participate in official dinners and entertainment provided during dinner. Daytime activities will not be organized by Open Text and are therefore the responsibility of each guest. Children under 18 are not allowed to attend any Open Text function. Persons wishing to arrange for in-room childcare should contact the hotel concierge for referrals.

Once you have registered, you will receive a registration number for yourself. We will send another registration number to your guest at the e-mail address you provide. Your guest must return to the Registration page and sign in with their guest registration number to complete their personal information.

You may pay for your guest when you register. Or, your guest may pay the guest fee themselves when they log in to the registration site to complete their Guest Registration.

The standard Cancellation Policy applies to the Guest program.
