Program Guidelines
Entrance to Post Conference Activities is by ticket only (including children*, where applicable). There will no refunds for activities not attended. Tickets will be included in the Conference Attendee Registration Package, available at the registration desk.

Space is limited. On-site registration and/or changes will be made on a space available basis. Tours are based on a minimum attendance and Open Text reserves the right to cancel any activity that does not meet the minimum requirement. You will be notified of any cancellations at the conference. Refunds will be issued after the completion of the conference.

How to Register
Conference attendees may register for Post Conference Activities (for you and your guest) when you register for the conference. If you have already registered, click here, enter your registration number and email address, then click on the Register for Activities button. You may then choose your activities, complete the payment information and submit the form.

Note: To submit your purchase for guest and/or activity tickets separately from your conference fees; complete and submit your conference registration first, then add your guest and activity tickets, complete the payment information and submit.

Cancellation Policy
The standard Cancellation Policy applies to the Post Conference Activities Program. Cancellations will not be accepted after October 17, 2003.

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club at Grande Lakes Hotel

The on-course caddie will provide accurate yardage, repair ball marks, clean golf clubs, rake bunkers and educate you on the unique aspects of the course and Grande Lakes. The caddie will ensure that you have a wonderful on-course experience. With five different tee boxes, this 18-hole championship golf course will rival the best private courses in the area and will be enjoyable for golfers of every skill level.

The following items are not included. Should you wish to rent, please provide details on your registration form: Note: The tournament format will depend on the number of participants (minimum 16). If you know your foursome, please provide the names of each player by clicking on the description link on the registration form. Also, if you are planning to rent clubs or shoes, please provide club/shoe information when you purchase your ticket(s).
