Solution Spotlights

Each morning, during the Plenary Session, several customers will show you a snapshot of their application solutions to illustrate our theme for that day. In the afternoon, you will have an opportunity to dive deep by attending a breakout session presentation on the individual application.

Executive Panels

Participate in a stimulating discussion by a panel of experts comprised of customers and industry analysts. Several such panels will be assembled during the afternoon breakout sessions to continue the discussion around the Solution Spotlight applications presented in the morning or on other topics of general interest.

Theater Demos

Open Text will present live demonstrations of new product offerings including, Livelink 9.1, Livelink MeetingZone, Livelink Wireless, myLivelink, iRIMS and BASIS.

Your Great Minds

Learn how our customers have applied Open Text products to their business applications. Approximately 100 sessions will be presented by and about customers who will share their experiences, ROIs, and solutions.

Products In Depth

Learn about products from Open Text and our partners by attending presentations given by experts. More than 40 sessions will cover new product offerings or features in new releases of the products that drive the application solutions that you will learn about during the conference.

Executive Presentations

Approximately 12 events are scheduled specifically for key decision-makers like you. We'll show you how Open Text products can be customized to your company in order to help you improve your organization's ability to realize its objectives—from knowledge management to virtual team collaboration and more.

Administrator Presentations

Discover how to successfully run a system delivered by Open Text and our solution providers. Approximately 20 sessions by customers, partners and technical staff will share the technical details of administering an Open Text solution.

Manager Presentations

Your goal is to support knowledge management and virtual team collaboration in your organization. Through a variety of keynote speakers, case studies and partner solutions, we'll help you manage your key operations more effectively.

Developer Presentations

Expand your understanding of how to develop applications around the technology provided by Open Text and our partners. Approximately 20 sessions will explore the technical internals of the products that drive the application solutions you will learn about during the other sessions.

User Presentations

Whether you're training colleagues to use Livelink, or you're simply looking for more ways to do your job more efficiently, we've got a session or case study to help you. We'll also give you plenty of chances to network with other end users help foster new skills and learning opportunities.

Ask the Expert

You will have more than 40 opportunities to lounge with a small group of peers who will engage Open Text developers in a highly interactive and technical conversation focused on a specific product area. Attendance to these sessions will be by sign-up, so make sure that you register for the sessions that are important to you.

Demonstration Stations

Outside the Partner Exhibit hall, you will come upon more than a dozen demo pods where you can stop by for an answer to your question or a quick demo. Informed Open Text product and services staff will be available at these stations throughout most of the conference.

User Group Meetings

After dinner on Wednesday, you will network with other Great Minds to share dessert and insights about how your application solutions enable you to work together more effectively. These user group meetings will be organized by region.
