Kevin J. Northover
Vice-President of Knowledge Management, CICG Technology Architecture Group, Merrill Lynch
Kevin J. Northover is Vice-President of Knowledge Management in the CICG Technology Architecture group at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Northover has a strong background in the identification and delivery of information for decision support and in related systems. Serving both the private and public sectors, he has managed the development and support of risk management and sales support systems for equity trading, and implemented techniques and systems for automatic fingerprint recognition, astronomical image processing, and the analysis of engineering drawings. He holds a B.A. degree in physics and a Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of Cambridge.

Alan Weintraub

Alan Weintraub, Research Director, GartnerGroup's Research Architecture Strategies, focuses on the Integrated Document Management market. He has over twenty years of experience in the information systems profession. Prior to joining GartnerGroup in 1999 Alan worked as a consultant for Computer Sciences Corporation where he designed and implemented document management and imaging systems for Fortune 100 companies. He also has extensive experience in all phases of information systems development, including strategic planning, architecture design and implementation, document analysis and architecture, business and situation analysis, and data architecture. Prior to his consulting experience Alan engaged in technology management for R&D divisions of major pharmaceutical companies and network design for health care systems. Alan has a BSEE from Drexel University.

Rhett Williams
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, KPNQwest
Rhett Willams is the Executive Vice-President and Chief Marketing Officer for KPNQwest. Mr. Williams, an experienced European marketer, is responsible for all product marketing, communications strategies, and sales and distribution functions for the KPNQwest fibre-optic EuroRings, and the KPNQwest portfolio of IP services, including the KPNQwest family of CyberCenter Services. Previously Senior Vice-President Corporate Accounts Group at KPN, of KPNQwest, Williams handled the largest national and global customer accounts at KPN. Prior to joining KPN, Williams held senior management positions at AT&T in both Europe and the United States, with his managing director roles ranging from marketing and communications to sales support and systems. He holds advanced degrees in business administration, economics and international affairs, earned both in Switzerland and the United States.
