By the end of this course, you will be able to design richer, more flexible workflows.

By the end of the course, you will know how Livelink can help you get work done and where to start in your own use of Livelink.

4. Livelink Knowledge Manager: Understanding Livelink Permissions

For knowledge managers with access control responsibility, explains all of the mechanics of Livelink's permissions functionality. By the end of this course, you will know how to control access to any item in the system, and how to structure a system to facilitate permissions assignment and optimize performance. This course serves as an excellent access control fundamentals refresher course for anyone experienced with Livelink.

5. Livelink Knowledge Manager: Using and Administering myLivelink

Prerequisites: Introduction to Livelink course or equivalent knowledge

For Knowledge Managers and Administrators, this course explains how to use myLivelink as a primary access point to Livelink and other electronic data sources, the one-time and ongoing tasks required for administering myLivelink, and the basics of how to install a myLivelink system. By the end of the course, you will be able to use myLivelink as an information portal and administer it so that others can do the same.

6. Livelink Knowledge Manager: Using Livelink Desktop and Livelink Offline

For Document and other Knowledge Managers, explains the benefits and use of the Livelink Desktop and Livelink Offline modules. You will also know how to create a subset of your Livelink system on your desktop that you can synchronize with the master system using Livelink Offline.

7. Livelink Knowledge Manager: Creating Livelink Forms with the Livelink PDF Forms Module

8. Livelink Knowledge Manager: Creating Livelink Forms with PDF Forms Professional

For Forms Designers, this course is a modified first half of our standard Forms Designer (or Using Adobe Forms) course, designed especially for the user conference. 9. Livelink Knowledge Manager: Using Livelink Forms and Form Data in Folders, Workflows and LiveReports

For Forms Designers, this course is the second half of the Forms Designer course. By the end of the course, you will know how to use forms and their data in a Livelink system, in folders, workflows, and LiveReports (whether the forms were created with Acrobat or with PDF Forms Professional).

10. Livelink Knowledge Manager: QuickStart on e-Publisher

Prerequisites: Basic Livelink knowledge

This quick start course details how to use Livelink Transit Central e-Publisher to create web publications based on Livelink content. By the end of the course, you will be able to design Web publications, without having to be an HTML wizard. This course covers many of the basics from the full "Using Livelink e-Publisher" two-day course.
