Alan Matula

Alan joined the Information Technology group of Shell Oil Company, U.S. in
1982, where he worked on a variety of strategic and tactical projects. In
1993, Alan became directly involved in developing Shell Oil's new governance
structure. He later led the development of a strategy and business plan to
transform Shell Services company into a more market focused entity. In 1996,
he moved to Shell Chemical Company, U.S. as a Chief Information Officer.
1997 saw Alan appointed global CIO for Shell Chemicals Limited. Alan is a
graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Quantitative Business
Analysis, followed by an Executive MBA in 1989 from Houston Baptist
University. |

Lisa Kimball

Ms. Kimball is a recognized expert on executive effectiveness and organizational
change. She has more than 15 years experience in designing social and
technical architectures for corporate social computing environments,
managing virtual teams, and creating communities of practice. Ms.
Kimball has worked with Fortune 500 companies, government agencies
and large universities to help them develop effective strategies.
She is currently CEO of Arlington, VA. Based Caucus Systems. Ms.
Kimball holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, M.S. in Education,
M.A.T. in Social Science, and a B.A. in Liberals Arts.
