$99 one bedroom traditional (plus 10% taxes)
$127 one bedroom villa (plus 10% taxes)

Ground transportation reservations:
Complete the Hello Florida transporation form and fax it to 407-841-1283 prior to October 8th. Cost = $58.00 per person round trip.

Cancellation policy
Before Friday, October 1st, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged on all refunded conference and training registrations. There are no refunds after October 1st, 1999. Please notify Open Text in writing should you need to cancel before that date. Substitutions can be accepted at anytime.
