CSS Gets a Facelift

Customer Self Service (CSS or My Tickets) is new and improved to allow you to easily, more accurately, and independently provide environment details to support, and log tickets electronically.

From your Accounts list in CSS, just click Create New Environment.

Then enter information for your particular environment. You may have multiple environments, and you can add as many as necessary.

As a result, when calling Support or electronically logging a ticket, your environment information is already contained in CSS, and support representatives can more efficiently help you, reducing resolution times.
