If your company finds the need to change the main contact for the Connectivity licenses owned (also known as the Volume License Administrator-VLA) just send an email to salesmarketing@opentext.com and include the VPS# or Serial #, and the full contact information for the new VLA.

We’ll make the changes and confirm back with you when they are completed.
