Introducing the Digital Media Group Knowledge Base for Artesia DAM
The Open Text Digital Media Group is pleased to announce that a Knowledge Base for its digital asset management product – Artesia DAM, which is part of the Open Text ECM Suite – is now available on the Knowledge Center.
The Digital Media Group Knowledge Base offers a growing collection of technical articles, tips and tricks to help administrators and users learn more about their Artesia DAM solution. Knowledge Base articles are written by Open Text Customer Support product specialists who work with our products daily to diagnose and troubleshoot problems encountered with the software.
Knowledge Base articles are a terrific way to learn more about the products you use. Most articles are about one page in length and can be e-mailed or printed easily. Where appropriate, Knowledge Base articles also reference related Open Text documentation as well as discussion threads which may be of interest to you.
Customers and partners can perform keyword searches to retrieve articles of interest, or browse articles which are organized by their functional relevance in Artesia DAM for easier navigation.
