Open Text SAP Competence Partner (SCP) Program – The Value of an SCP-Certified Partner for Our Customers

With the SCP Program, Open Text is targeting partners that clearly differentiate themselves from other service providers and consulting firms in the market. SCP Program partners are typically highly committed, innovative, and growth-oriented companies with excellent project, industry, and process knowledge.

Customers rightly expect top quality not only on the product level, but also in services – during and after the implementation.

This is where SAP Competence Partner comes in. SAP Competence partners are required to follow a given certification process for products that are part of the Open Text ECM Suite for SAP Solutions. As part of this process, consultants from partners have to attend dedicated certification courses, but also need to demonstrate their knowledge and ability to execute in a blended delivery on real-life projects with experts from Open Text Global Services to develop essential practical experience.

Customers benefit, because SCP-certified partners working with them have the skills and knowledge to ensure that implementations stay on track and are conducted according to Open Text best practices and quality standards.
